It's a GIRL!!!!

Finally we know. We went to the doctor last Wednesday with much anticipation. She did not want to cooperate and the doctor was willing to be patient and continue to try to see her girly parts. The baby just wanted to sleep on her tummy with her arms behind her back and sitting on her knees. After much jumping around and bending over, she finally moved. We were told that everything looked great and she was measuring exactly on target. Here are a few of her pictures, finally starting to look llke a real baby. Next week we will be halfway there!!!!!

Baby update!

We have three more days till we find out the sex of the baby. I will be 18 weeks pregnant and all is going well. Finally starting to show and finally starting to feel good. I felt the baby move last week in the middle of the night, but nothing since just hoping everyday it hurries up and becomes a regular movement. I will update on Wednesday when we know more.

Steelers in the Superbowl

Okay, I know they lost, but we still had fun. As everyone knows Frank can't just have a simple party. Of course since his beloved STEELERS were in the Superbowl, it had to be special. He made pulled pork barbeque, homemade barbeque pizzas, and hoppin johns. I made small cheesecakes with yellow food coloring and we had black and yellow tortilla chips and salsa. Frank ordered Smilies from Pittsburgh. These are iced cookies that are sold at a restaurant in Pittsburgh that we always go to called the Eat and Park. Here are some of the foods from the party.

Atlantic City

So again it has been a while since I have posted. I finally found the cable for my camera to be able to post the pictures. We went to Atlantic City in March and had a
great time, although Vegas is WAY better. We won some money and lost even more. We ate great meals and walked a ton! We flew to Atlantic City and did not rent a car. So we walked everywhere up and down the Boardwalk everyday. Then on the last day we figured out how to use the public transportation system there, call the Jitney. They are small buses that stop all over town for about two dollars. All in all we had a great time. It was cold and rainy in the beginning of the week, then by the end of the week it got up to about 50 degrees and there were people in the water surfing.

The Wild Wild West at Ballys. The cart in the picture is a three wheeled cart that are pushed up and down the boardwalk all day and night. The people who push these carts are very aggressive, you are asked every few feet if you want a ride. Very annoying.
